Beet & Chia Smoothie
Since it can’t always be about Christmas Dinner, today included a hefty workout and a vegetable filled recovery drink.
Ingredients
- 1 beet
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp black Chia seeds
- 2 scoops French vanilla whey protein
- filtered water.
Process
- Blend until smooth throwing in a few ice cubes and down the mix.
