Beet & Chia Smoothie

Since it can’t always be about Christmas Dinner, today included a hefty workout and a vegetable filled recovery drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 beet
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp black Chia seeds
  • 2 scoops French vanilla whey protein
  • filtered water.

Process

  1. Blend until smooth throwing in a few ice cubes and down the mix.
